1-Outside food, eating food in room, alcohol and smoking is strictly prohibited in room and hotel area.

2-Hotel is not responsible for money, jewels or other valuables things. That have been misplaced, stolen or left in property.

3-If any amenity or valuable things are misplaced or destroyed in rooms. Penalty will be charged by hotel to you.

4-Room rates will be not changed even if the tv s not seen properly.

5-10% Discount will be given to the guest when AC is not been used because of technical problems more than 3hrs.

6-Guest are requested not to eat Paan, Panmasala, Tobacco in the hotel.

7-Only hotel management has full authorityto make changes in Terms & Conditions.

8-Only 2 persons are allowed to be in room more than 2 persons 300/-Rupees in Non AC Room and 500/-Rupees in AC Room will be extra charge.

9-Cheques will be not accepted.

10-Washing cloths in bathrooms and drying in balcony is not allowed.
